Please call for other destinations. Our 'Standard Economy Delivery rate' is normally 2-3 business working days. Only in a case where the next day has been specified and paid for, we can guarantee next day delivery. Although we endeavour to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not be possible to meet these deadlines. This would be classed as a fault with the carrier if not delivered in the time specified. Please call us directly on 01663 7336633 in these situations so we can discuss. Most orders shipped by Paintmaster requires a signature upon delivery. Parcels shipped on this basis cannot be left without signatures unless specifically requested. If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a re-delivery at an extra cost to the customer or to collect it from your local sorting office/delivery depot. When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. Signing for the delivery means you have accepted the delivery in the state it has arrived. Cancellation Policy We aim to provide a fast response time to orders placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after placing it By calling our Head Office directly on 01663 733633. We reserve the right to charge courier charges for cancelled orders that have already been shipped. Extra Charges for Re-delivery: If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and there is nowhere safe to leave the order, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
